Pero algo si que se parecen, para fiestas y tonterias...

Alla por el año 1986, encontre entre los libros de mi padre un libro de ciencia ficción que por aquel entonces me dejo totalmente flipado, se llamaba Alas Nocturnas y habia sido premio Nebula aquel mismo año y premio Hugo.

En el, relata la vida de un hombre ya mayor que pertenece al Gremio de los Vigilantes, y que todas las noches utiliza una maquina portatil para escuadriñar el cielo en busca de una amenaza alienigena en una especie de trance mitad tecnologico mitad mistico que bien pudiera recordar a un viaje astral.

Va acompañado de una mutante llamada Avuvela que tiene unas alas que solo despliega por la noche para volar, dado que por el dia el viento solar las destrozaria.
